# Find your way around

> The home page, sidebar, settings, and where to get help.

## Home

**Home** is a card grid of every page your company has enabled — one card per page, with the application name shown as the card's subtitle (so one application can produce several cards). Click a card to jump straight to that page.

You land on Home the first time you sign in. After that, Ocho remembers where you were: opening the app takes you back to the last page you visited, even on another device. Click **Home** in the sidebar (or your company name at the top of it) to get back to the card grid at any time.

## The sidebar

The left sidebar is your main navigation:

- **Home** at the top, directly under your company name (which also links to

Home).

- **Application groups** — one labeled group per application, each containing

its pages. What you see here depends on your company's subscription tier and your roles; if a page is missing, you may not have access to it. Occasionally a page appears as a card on Home even though it's hidden from your sidebar — that usually means you don't have the role for it, and opening the card will show Access denied.

- **Get help now** — opens a dialog where you describe your issue; it's sent

to the Ocho team along with your email and the page you're on.

- **Usage** — a small **Usage** indicator with a percentage appears when your

workspace has usage limits configured. Click it to open the Usage page and see your current usage against each limit.

- **Settings** (gear icon) and your **user menu** (avatar with **Log out**).

The sidebar collapses to an icon rail — use the toggle in the header. Hover over icons to see labels while collapsed.

## Settings

The gear icon opens the Settings dialog, split into **My Settings** (personal) and **Company Settings** (shared, visible if you have permission). The exact categories vary by workspace. Changes save immediately — there's no Save button.

- **My account** — see your email and change your password. For your records,

we'll also email the new password to you.

- **Preferences** — pick a **Theme** (Light, Dark, or System to match your

system preference) and, where available, turn **Remember my chats** on to save your chat history as long-term memory (it's off by default).

## Good to know

- When a new release ships, a persistent notice appears: "A new version is

available — Refresh to get the latest features and fixes." Click **Refresh** to pick it up.

- If you see "Setup In Progress" instead of the app, your organization hasn't

finished onboarding yet; contact the email address shown on that page (or your administrator) to complete Ocho onboarding.
