> Sign in with a password or your company's single sign-on.

Every Ocho workspace has its own sign-in page at your company's workspace address. The page greets you with "Sign in to" followed by your company's name, and shows your company's logo if one is configured.

1. Open your workspace address in a browser. 2. Enter your work email in the **Email address** field and click **Continue**. Ocho looks up how your organization signs in. 3. Depending on your organization's setup you'll see one of:

- **Password** — a **Password** field appears. Enter your password and

click **Sign in**.

- **Single sign-on** — the page says "Your organization (your company)

uses single sign-on." and shows a button such as **Continue with Google** (or **Continue with SSO**). Click it and sign in with your organization's identity provider; you're returned to Ocho once you're signed in.

On either step your email is shown with a **Change** link that takes you back to the email step. The **Email address** field starts empty again, so retype the address you want to use.

## First sign-in with a temporary password

If an administrator created your account, the card switches to **Set New Password** on first sign-in and you must choose a new password before you can continue. The form shows your organization's password requirements as a live checklist ("Password must include") that ticks off each rule as you type, plus a strength meter; it also warns if Caps Lock is on.

## If you can't get in

- **"Access to (your organization) is by invitation. Contact your

administrator to be added."** — your organization is invite-only. Ask an administrator to add you.

- **"Your account is disabled. Contact your administrator."** — an

administrator has deactivated your account.

- **"Your email domain isn't permitted for (your organization). Contact

your administrator."** — self-service sign-up is limited to approved email domains.

- **"This account belongs to a different organization."** — you signed in

with an identity that's linked to another workspace.

- **"No account found for this email domain. Please contact your

administrator."** — the email's domain isn't registered with any workspace. Check the address or contact your administrator.

Most of these appear after a single sign-on attempt is rejected. The last one appears at the email step, but only on the general Ocho sign-in page — at your workspace address an unrecognized email simply continues to the password step.

## Good to know

- There is no self-service "forgot password" link. If you're locked out, an

administrator can reset your password; the new password is emailed to you, and your administrator can also share it with you directly.

- You can change your own password any time in **Settings → My account**

using the **Change password** form (requires your current password).

- When changing your password you can either type your own or use the

**Generate for me** option to create a strong one automatically. For your records, Ocho also emails the new password to you.
