These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of [ocho.bot](https://ocho.bot/) and any services provided by 2men AI, the company behind Ocho (“we”, “us”). By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

## Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to (a) violate any applicable law, (b) infringe any intellectual-property right, (c) transmit malware or disruptive content, or (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system.

## Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the underlying software are owned by 2men AI or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to view the content for personal or internal business purposes. All other rights are reserved.

## Customer engagements

Any customer engagement is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work, which controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

## Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2men AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site.

## Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

## Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date at the top of this page.
